SHIPPING POLICY
At A’lainn Cottage we are committed to minimizing our footprint on the planet. Packaging is minimal and we use as much recyclable materials as we can. We ask the you re-use and recycle any packing materials in your order.

Domestic shipping is based upon your location and the weight of your purchase. Shipping costs will be factored in once we have received your order. Orders of $100 or more receive free shipping within the US.
International shipping is a flat fee. Please contact up with your contact information and we will discuss the shipping options directly with you.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can exchange your product for store credit or a different product. If you are looking to just return the item; the return shipping fee will be incurred by the customer.
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Opened and partially used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your item has been damaged in shipping, please email us with a photo of the damaged item and a replacement will be sent to you.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.

Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.

Send all items back to us using the label provided.
